Grenache provides generous wild red berry aromas that blend with the blue fruits and spice of the Syrah and the tannins of the Mouvèdre for a rambunctious, yet contained experience.
For the 2022 vintage we fermented and aged each varietal separately. Each component was aged for 10 months in neutral Burgundy barrels. We take a non-interventionist approach to winemaking, so the wine presents the high quality, depth, and uniqueness of the Santa Ynez Valley.
