This Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Star Lane fruit from Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara. We barrel ferment and age all of it for 10 months to create a delicious, well-rounded, and crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
Greeted by aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. Invited back to the glass by refreshing flavors of melon and light grass.
This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged for 10 months in large format neutral oak barrels. Roughly 33% of the Sauvignon Blanc went through malolactic fermentation.
