A medium bodied, low alcohol, and high acidity Sauvignon Blanc that has tropical green fruit on the nose with citrus and melon on the palate.
This Sauvignon Blanc was barrel fermented and aged for 5 months. This helps restrain the highly acidic Sauvignon Blanc grape and creates a rounder mouthfeel with just a hint of a vanilla spice.
